- Please download the
App on your mobile device. - Email us and we will send you an invitation which includes your Username and Temporary Password.
- Login to your account and you will be prompted to change your “Password”. Remember the new Password for your future use.
- Select your upcoming appointment time.
- Select “View Appointment Details”
- Select “Prepare For Your Appointment.
- Fill out all the required fields.
