You can now notify us about your Supplements List whether they are on Fullscript or not by using the Fullscript app on your phone.
What to do next:
1.) Click here to sign in to Fullscript
2.) Download the Fullscript app on your mobile phone & log in
3.) Before each visit, upload your supplements under
My health > “Current Supplements” (next to plans) on the Fullscript app
You can add your Supplements by:
- your previous Fullscript orders.
- scanning each supplement’s barcode.
- or manually adding the name.
