Dear Patient, We hope this message finds you well. We would like to share an important update regarding our fees and Member Support Programs effective February 1, 2026. While the base fee for follow-up visits will remain largely consistent with 2023, a modest increase of $14 per visit will apply. In addition, our Member Support Programs have been updated to better reflect the level of access, coordination, and support each patient may need. We continue to offer multiple tiers so you can choose the option that best fits your care preferences and frequency of use.
