Pre-Visit Testing Recommendations for Established Patients:

  • This service is only for Established Patients of the LA Integrative Gastroenterology.
  • Physicians can assist with test selection or assigning diagnosis codes if insurance billing is desirable.
  • The best time to create a testing recommendation is during a formal follow-up visit.
  • You may request a recommendation for testing before your visit if you agree to the following:
    • Sending a message through the Patient Portal.
    • You agree to make a follow-up visit if needed.
    • Pay a FEE of $125 – $225 to cover the time of the physician to review your chart and make recommendations.
      • Patients who are enrolled in the membership program may request this service up to twice a year and we will waive the physician fee.
